Welcome to Ayodhya Cricket Club. By enrolling in our programs, using our website, or participating in academy activities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

 

1. Enrollment & Registration

• Students must complete the registration form accurately with valid details.

• Admission is confirmed only after submission of required documents and payment of fees.

• The academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

 

2. Fees & Payment

• All fees must be paid on or before the due date.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances decided by the academy.

• Payment should be made through authorized methods only (online/offline).

 

3. Training & Attendance

• Students are expected to attend sessions regularly and be punctual.

• In case of absence, prior intimation must be given to the coach/academy management.

• Academy reserves the right to discontinue training for irregular attendance, misconduct, or violation of rules.

 

4. Code of Conduct

• Students must maintain discipline and follow the instructions of coaches and staff.

• Any act of indiscipline, misbehavior, or damage to academy property may lead to suspension or termination of membership.

• Respect for fellow players, coaches, and academy staff is mandatory.

 

5. Health & Safety

• Students must declare any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of registration.

• The academy will take all necessary precautions during training, but it is not liable for injuries sustained during practice or matches.

• Parents/guardians of minors must ensure their ward’s fitness for cricket training.

 

6. Academy Rules

• Players must wear proper cricket attire and protective gear during sessions.

• Use of academy facilities is allowed only during scheduled timings.

• Unauthorized use of academy grounds/equipment is prohibited.

 

7. Photography & Media

• The academy may take photographs and videos during training/matches for promotional and educational purposes.

• By enrolling, students/parents grant consent for the use of such media unless opted out in writing.

 

8. Website & Online Usage

• Users must not misuse or attempt to hack the website.

• Content provided on the website is for informational purposes only and should not be reproduced without permission.

 

9. Termination of Membership

• Academy reserves the right to terminate membership for breach of rules, misconduct, or non-payment of fees.

• Students/parents may also withdraw with written notice, but no fee refunds will be issued.

 

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• The academy may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

• Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
